Questions
Before you download.
Do my clients have to pay anything?
No. The app is free for your clients to download and use. The £25 a month is paid by the salon.
Who owns the client data I put in?
You do. Your client list, notes and booking history belong to your salon. We only hold and process them so the app works for you. You can export the lot at any time, and we explain exactly how this works in the Privacy Policy.
How do I cancel?
Through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings, the same place you manage every other subscription on your phone. Cancel at least 24 hours before the month ends and you won't be charged again. You keep full access until the end of the month you've already paid for.
Can I move my existing clients across?
Yes. You can import your client list from a spreadsheet, so you're not typing three years of clients back in by hand. If you'd rather not do it yourself, get in touch and we'll sort it.
What happens to my bookings if I stop subscribing?
Your diary and client list stay available until the end of the month you've paid for, so you can export everything before you go. After that the account is closed down in line with the retention periods in our Privacy Policy.
Is it only for hairdressers?
No. It suits any salon that books people in: hair, beauty, nails, barbering, brows and lashes, aesthetics. If you book people into a chair or a room, it fits.
